Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What is your return policy? A: Please click Policies for details and instructions. Q: Do you charge a restocking fee? A: No we do not, however shipping charges are non-refundable. Q: What is your privacy policy? A: Any information you provide to us stays with us. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new products or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to service@ehaberdasher.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. ehaberdasher does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We do however pass on the encrypted transaction data to our credit-card processors for verification during an online purchase. We do not keep your card number in our system. Once the transaction is completed, we delete the number from our system. Q: Are you flexible on your prices? A: All of our prices are firm - they are not negotiable. Q: Can I get a price adjustment? A: If you purchased an item in the last 7 days and its price has been reduced, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. Simply email us to request one and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the difference if you qualify. Q: What methods of payment do you accept? A: We currently accept postal money order, certified check, personal check, Paypal, Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that mailed payment takes several days to arrive and time needs to be allowed for payment to clear. Q: Will I be charged sales tax? A: No, we do not charge sales tax on clothing. WEBSITE & FUNCTIONALITIES Q: What is the best way to search and find exactly what I'm looking for on your site? A: You may use the Advanced Search option, or you can also type in any variety of key words into the search box, including brand, size, main color, etc. For example you may type the following into the search box: Kiton 42R Suit Gray - 4 key words separated by spaces.

If you continue to have trouble, you may email us and we will let you know if there is a typographical error. Q: How can I change the information in my profile? A: Click on "sign in" in the upper right hand corner, then click on your name. Here you may update and edit your profile. Please be sure to click on Submit after your changes have been made. CLOTHING & INVENTORY Q: Is all of your merchandise brand new, authentic and first quality? A: Yes, absolutely all merchandise is brand new, 100% authentic and 1st quality - although items may not be current season. Q: Why are some of the trouser hems already cuffed/finished? A: Many of the Italian luxury brands finish the trouser hems during production. Reasons given to us were to make them a very standard length so that the customer does not have to have it altered, or simply at least to make it easier for the customer to try on the trousers without having to roll up the length. More often than not there is at least 35" or more in length when the cuffs are undone and then you may have your trouser length customized to your own length. Q: From where do you get your merchandise? A: Our brokers and wholesalers in the U.S. and Italy are constantly striving to help us bring in new and fresh merchandise from the luxury brands made with the highest quality in the world, mostly originating in Italy. Our stock is comprised of close-outs, store returns, or past season goods. Q: How do I know if an item will fit me? A: The bottom line is, you never know until you try. Most men's clothing sizes are fairly standard. However you may find that many of the brands we carry tend to be more fitted, and therefore sometimes the customer may need to go up one size. All of our tailored clothing is unaltered, and usually there is room to take in or let out as need be. Almost all trousers have 1" - 1.5" to let out in the waist, and most sleeves have at least 1" to let down. If an item you purchase does not fit, you may always return it and let us know how it fit so that we can give you guidance on items which might suit you better. Q: How often do you add new items to your inventory? A: We generally add new items monthly. Be sure to visit us often! SHIPPING Q: How much do you charge for shipping & handling? A: Please click on Shipping Policy for details. Q: Do you accept international customers? A: Yes, we accept international customers. Q: What shipping method do you utilize? A: We ship via FEDEX, USPS Priority Mail or Registered Mail. Expedited shipping and International shipping is via USPS Express Mail. EMAIL & SERVICES Q: Do you have an email mailing list? A: Yes. Simply enter your email address at the bottom left of our website. Please however note that this is separate from becoming a registered customer on our website. Q: Can you provide fashion advice or make recommendations to outfits or items that might match my purchases? A: Yes, we would welcome any opportunity for us to offer advice or recommendations on ties to go along with a shirt, trousers to go along with a sport coat, along with basic fashion advice as well. Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping services? A: No, we currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.
