At eHaberdasher we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-Day Money Back return policy on all items that are not designated as "Final Sale". Items can be returned within 30 days for MERCHANDISE CREDIT which expires 12 months from issue date. If you however prefer a refund we can do so but will deduct a 3% service fee.
We stand behind the quality, authenticity, and value of all our products. You may return any item within the 30 days if it is in its original, unused condition including all original packaging and tags intact. PLEASE only remove tags, AFTER you are certain you will keep your purchase.
Please follow these 4 steps
1. Email us service@eHaberdasher.com within 30 days of your purchase date for a Return Authorization Code: We will reply with an 8-digit code which must be entered on your return form on the back of your packing slip.
If you wish, a prepaid FEDEX return label will be emailed to you (Continental USA only - not available for Alaska and Hawaii) from FEDEX.com or STAMPS.com. To cover return shipping, a $22.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise you may ship your return using any carrier at your own expense. If you do not receive it in your email inbox please first check your SPAM filter. You may print and use the FEDEX label to ship your return.
International customers please be sure to mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" on the customs forms.
2. Complete the Return Form: Each domestic order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse of this you will find the Return Form. Along with entering the Return Authorization Code, please tell us why you're returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future. In addition, please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or merchandise credit.
3. Pack and Ship Your Return: Wrap your item carefully and neatly in a box and enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip (Return Form) with your return.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returned to us when shipping using your own carrier. Insurance is recommended in such cases.
4. Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received and processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 7 days after we have received your return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return which does not comply with our guidelines.
Unless there is an error on our part in the order, shipping is not refundable and refunds/credits are issued for merchandise only.
We strive to offer our customers great merchandise at the best possible prices. In order to do so, we cannot offer exchanges as we usually have very limited quantities of any particular item, often times having only one. If you would like a different item or size which we have available, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
