Vintage Mersley (Fox Bros/Marling Evans) Coat 40R Charcoal Grey 3-button Pure Heavy Wool

Here is a gorgeous coat made in England. The quality of this vintage piece is outstanding as these pieces were made to withstand British winters and made to last and get passed on from generation to generation.This is a heavy winter weight coat and is in pristine condition with minimal signs of wear. This cloth is made in West of England, likely by Fox Brothers or Marling & Evans, and while very soft it is also very heavy and dense and in a subtle yet handsome dark charcoal. 

No size tag but seems to fit size 40R. 

Please note there are three tiny and almost undetectable holes in the left underarm area that do not go all the way through (see photo)
